SecurityReview.ai is a systematic, AI-powered security risk assessment tool that integrates with your existing tools and processes to help teams proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve security risks.
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions for using our website/mobile app and availing our services. We may also provide for additional Terms of Service (TOS) when you contract with us for a specific service. You shall be required to read and accept the same.

None of the provisions of this Agreement, terms and conditions, notices, etc. or anything contained herein shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the user and SecurityReview Corp and neither party shall be seen as the agent of the other. The relationship between the parties shall remain the same as defined under this Agreement and for such limited purpose.
By continuing to use our website, sending us emails, etc., you consent to receiving emails, telephonic communication, or communication through social media from us.

The cause for such termination may include but may not be limited to, breach by the user of this Agreement, breach of TOS or any notice or additional condition placed, non-payment of fees, etc.
Upon termination of this service, the user’s right to use this service shall be withdrawn and SecurityReview Corp shall have no future obligation towards the User. But existing obligations and services paid for and asked for shall continue to operate, these obligations shall automatically terminate upon execution of service and receipt of payment.
If any of the provisions of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provisions or part of such provisions and the remaining part of such provisions, and all other provisions of this agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Payment: The User shall make payment as per the TOS placed on the website/app or platform or as per the specific agreement entered between the User and SecurityReview Corp.
Refund Policy: Refund shall be provided by SecurityReview Corp, only if specifically stated in the TOS.
Cancelation Policy: The User should check the specific TOS against the services on the platform.
Order Confirmation: If you do not receive an order confirmation after requesting for a service, it is your duty to raise that concern with our customer service department.
All notices and communication, including but not limited to complaints, changes in policy or terms shall be sent to us in writing via email at support@securityreview.ai
Notice shall be deemed to have been served 72 hours after it has been sent and action will be taken on such notice within reasonable time from date of service.
Read the Terms and Conditions carefully, continued use of this website shall be an acknowledgment of your acceptance of our Terms and will make a valid contract between you (the User) and us.
